Friday, February 18th, 2011Rachunki rozliczeniowo-oszczędnościowe
Konta oszczednosciowo-rozliczeniowe pozwalają na dokonywanie operacji w postaci bezgotówkowej. Bank prowadzący Twój rachunek przelewa określoną przez Ciebie sumę na wskazany rachunek np. telekomunikacji. W ten sposób mozesz np. uregulować czynsz i inne należności. Unikasz stania w kolejkach i ryzyka kradziezy pieniędzy, a opłaty przelewu sa czesto niższe od opłat za przekaz wpłaty do stosownej firmy. Kiedy potrzebujesz pieniędzy, możesz wypłacić środki finansowe z bankomatu, korzystając z karty bankowej, którą otrzymasz po otwarciu rachunku oszczednosciowo-rozliczeniowego.
Wybierając instytucję bankową prowadzącą Twój rachunek zwróć uwagę na:
- cenę za prowadzenie rachunku;
- procent;
- cenę za przelew;
- możliwość i zasady korzystania z debetu (innymi słowy zaciągania pożyczki);
- alternatywa blokowania czesci pieniędzy jako lokata bankowa;
- dostęp do bankomatów banku prowadzacego konto (w innych uiścisz prowizję za wypłatę pieniędzy);
- dojście do wiadomości o stanie rachunku i dokonywanych transakcjach (informacje takie mogą być oferowane telefonicznie, SMS-em, mailem);
NOTKA!
Oprocentowanie rachunku oszczednosciowo-rozliczeniowego jest niższe od oprocentowania lokat. Wbrew swojej definicji nie są stąd najlepsza forma odkładania pieniedzy. Bardziej atrakcyjne moze byc wiec tworzenie lokat bankowych.
Finanse rodzinne
Thursday, February 17th, 2011Prawie w kazdy dzien robiac zakupy i placac rachunki wydajesz fundusze.
Budżet domowy to zarys planowanych dochodów i wydatków.
- 1.Zrób listę stałych comiesiecznych kosztów (m. in. czynsz, opłaty za , gaz, raty {kredytów, składki ubezpieczeniowe, bilety lub opłaty za dojazd);
- 2.Dodaj całkowity wykaz kwot, które wydajesz na jedzenie, okrycia, środki chemiczne, kosmetyki, benzynę, prasę, książki, bilety do kina;
- 3.Uwzględnij wydatki doraźne, jak nabycie sprzętów, upominków urodzinowych, koszty związane z uroczystościami rodzinnymi, feriami, renowacjami samochodu;
Pilnowanie budżetu i sporządzanie zestawienia wymaga nieco pracy i czasu. Ale w rezultacie moze okazać się opłacalne.

Rats, mice and cockroaches: They also look for self-glory!

Rats, mice and cockroaches: They also look for self-glory!
Glory be to God the All Mighty! You’re nothing but an insignificant atom in a limitless mighty universe.
Self-glory, vanity and self adoration are some characteristics of human nature. To be mean is something and to be self boaster is another. Both meet at one point in the heart of darkness of the human nature but being mean and miser, evil doing and arrogant is shared with self-glory and thirst for self-deification.
Both meanness and arrogance express evil. The devil himself takes such appearance and man has forsaken his soul to the devil.
In concrete terms examples are found not only in the history of mankind but also in your neighborhood, you college, your job, your police station, your state governorship, and especially at the state level, in the presidential palace, be it president, king or sultan.
Everyone has his, or her, share for self-glory and self-adoration. No one is exempted. We all like to adore ourselves, consider ourselves better than the others.
This natural tendency sets to work immediately upon meeting another person. Your inside system sets off to an immediate comparison and contrast between you and your interlocutor.
You do not feel it but rather go on the comparison looking for points of contrasts in order to establish for yourself that you are, in one way or the other, better than the other. The same system works automatically to compare and contrast yourself with others, now in the plural dimension, and you work so hard at times to establish yourself above others. You are better because physically you are stronger, for example.
But if you are a miserable rat, look awkward and do not have the same physique of Arnold Schwarzenegger, nor the same looks of Tom Cruse then you might boast of a false stupid intellect like the old secretary of state Henry Kissinger. Should you be a street rubbish sweeper or a canteen cleaner and have lesser intellect than Einstein then you might boast of being simply yourself, a simple idiot cock in the primary school canteen.
Should you be a peanut man and have the luck to be the president of the United States like Jimmy Carter, then you have nothing to boast about, for he was a real peanut who believed sincerely in UFOS but ended up as a carpenter in his local district, helping humanity and improving the human condition.
If you are neither one of these you still are a bastard self-boaster and an arrogant ungrateful for continuing thinking yourself above others.
You are neither better or worse off, rather the latter to be realist. However, being modest and humble does not make inferior to others. It might give you an inferiority complex instead of the old superiority complex but this is closer to your real identity as a human being, coming out of a lousy sperm and ending up in a lousy hole in the ground where worms eat you up for their dinner.
Self-glory has cost humanity millions of lives: For the personal glory of napoleon some three millions of honest Frenchmen have lost their live, For the glory of Hitler fifty millions of people have lost their lives, fife millions of Jews and More than one million of Tzigans. In older times the self-glory of Alexander cost hundreds of thousand their lives.
In our days, presidents of republics and kings and sultans they spare no moment to establish their glory. Even directors of firms, banks, simple café houses boss, once they have the title of director they raise themselves above others. titles spilled out everywhere express Self-glory now identified also Professor Doctor so and so, PhD, DHL,CGT,DD are précised as influential titles to impress only the ignorant. People hide behind their titles and positions.
Every time I take a cab from Kennedy Airport to New York center I am destined to fall on a self-boaster idiot of a taxi driver. He knows everything about everything and wants to show you he is definitely better than you are.
Humans forget they are nothing but shit coming out next to the shit exit of their mothers.

“It is very important to consider what evolution and development at the level of the soul really means. It’s not something we’re accustomed to thinking about very deeply… There’s a tremendous amount of resistance within us to the very thing that we think we want. So it’s essential to knoyv this from the very beginning, because then we can be prepared to do battle with it.”

The Qur’an advances then the total rejection of Christian beliefs in the sonship of God or the Godship of Christ or in the Trinity doctrine. These are down right blasphemy and disbelieve in the oneness of God. The Qur’an promises terrible chastisement for those who believe in these and their abode shall be eternal Hell fire.

Who is Jesus Christ in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part VII
Sonship of God is denied and rejected completely in Islam.
For, as part of the principle belief in God in Islam is that God is one and only, indivisible and eternal God. He is not begotten and He does not beget anything.
Chapter Al-Ikhlas referring to purity, sincerity, unity and devotion recites the following verses:
‘Say: He is God, the One! God eternally besought of all! He begets not nor is He begotten. And there is none equal to Him.’ Qur’an 112

The Children of Israel rejected the message of Jesus Christ and hence disbelieved in him. One of the reasons is that he preached the Gospel and while confirming the Law and its prescriptions he, by the commandment of God abolished some of the forbidden revealed in the Torah.
The Children of Israel disbelieved in the message of Jesus!But Christ was niether killed no crucified. The Qur’an is decisive on this.

Who is Jesus Christ in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part III
The Children of Israel responded unfavorably to the message of Jesus and disbelieved in him. In the Qur’an we are told:
‘But when Jesus became conscious of their disbelief, he said: Who will be my helpers in the cause of God? The disciples said: We ill be God’s helpers. And bear you witness that we have submitted ourselves (unto Him) as Muslims.’ Qur’an 3: 52
Muslim, from Islam, in Arabic means unconditional submission (Tasli:m), in belief and in faith, in God without need of proof or evidence.

Idiots think we are in control of our lives! Utter none sense!
Are you in control of your miserable life? Should you be, you will definitely not be a miserable rat or even a respectable cockroach. Burt you aren’t, no one is for that matter.
Some confirmed imbeciles practice full time wishful thinking and wish to be supermen and have control over their lives.
Right from the beginning of our human story we haven’t got the faintest control over our lives.
You are made out from the lousy sperm of your genius father and the noble ovule of your dear mother. You have no one single say in the matter. Nothing none whatsoever! You are then evolved into a fetus, and did not contribute anything to your form, shape, color, systems, constitution, nor any of your beautiful features in the womb of your poor mother. your cells multiply to construct your systems and you have nothing to do with it, no control whatsoever. Your plan is decide and your program unfolds to make you what you are.
Nothing did you do to give any help to your mother, rather the opposite, pain and nausea and vomiting while she is tortured with your happy birth. You come out from the exit of your mother’s body, next to her shit and urine ones. No so much to boast about. Not so much to be honored with.
But the ungrateful haughty bastard you’re going to be proves your natural wickedness as a human being. Then you develop without the help of anyone, and certainly not of your own initiative or assistance, into a naughty child, evil to the bone. Unfortunately for your miserable parents you develop into a teen-ager and shows them hell incarnated.
All this without your personal intervention, alas. Then you come to your adulthood, and so called maturity, of which you claim nothing of. Unfortunate for your parents, school teaches and colleagues at your job you proof to be a dumb person, idiot in every form.
Your poor wife has to support you for a long time, or some time, dependant on your whimses, and so do your children, not forgetting your own parents.
In all these you can only react, sorry, pardon, and I am an idiot.
Remark that in all your form, height, color of your eyes and your skin you have no one say. No one asks you before if you want to come to this world and live the shit you are! No one takes your opinion if you want to have one head and two eyes and a pinus or two, if you are a man, and other organs if you are a woman.
Two genders are created and all is done inside the womb of your poor mother. The whole three millions chart of your genetics program is already planned and worked out.
You are nothing but a robotic machine programmed to the last detail, with your natural instincts, drives, imotivations, urges, impetus, needs and all the program of animalistic tendencies which you set out to satisfy. Nothing can change you as a human being. You shall be, for a while of few years on this planet, as ahuman being, but most of the time an ungrateful inhuman to your Creator. A real bastard to your own parents and your society, above all, to the Power that has put your atoms together and fed you.
As life goes on and you submit yourself to time, and night and day pass by and you are unable to create one atom out of nothing, only discover and assemble what is already there.
So white, black, red, yellow, blue or chocolate, you have to submit to your program, whether you like or not. Your’re pushed into tthe process of ageing towards your certin death, and have to undertake the vicissitudes of life seeing yourself and others suffering, practising all sorts of feelings and thoughts, and you cannot have one word to say in it.
You are forced into this being as a rat or a respectable cockroach. The, luckily for you or many others, you die. This puts your end for your forced living. It is a forced end of which you have no choice nor can do anything about it.
Worms come to welcome you for their dinner in your coffin! Release yourself if you can!
You enter and exit life without your choice, and lesser still have any control over it.
So why be an ignorant and arrogant and claim you have the least control over your life?

“Break the bond of custom, from the prison of tradition escape Delight not in your weakness, from this imagined delicacy escape Prom these self-conjured vows of greatness escape It too is bondage, from love’s bondage escape. Not only has the thorn, the flower too emasculate risen my love! You have to walk along with me.”

Heads I Win – Tales You Lose (Liberals Come Up Winners But Leave Behind a Mess)
President Obama has talked about being a “uniter”. Meanwhile, he’s attacked anyone in the media that has had the gall to point out some of the outrageous policies he is promoting. He’s called Republicans “followers” and Democrats “thinkers”. He blames all problems on others, especially the previous administration. He acts like a child when he can’t get his way. But the policies he promotes have been tried before and need to be exposed..

My Spirit Encounter of the Evil Kind
How do you begin to tell a story about a night when you were bombarded by evil spirits? The best way is to start from the beginning. My story begins in December 1986 when I got my first pedigree puppy, a Shih Tzu, who I named Julia.

Who is Jesus Christ in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part II
The Qur’an informs us of what God will teach Jesus Christ of subjects and knowledge, in continuation of instructing Mary about Christ:
‘And He will teach him the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel.’ Qur’an 3: 48
Jesus Christ is a human being who worships God as other humans.
‘Verily! God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is the straight path.’ Qur’an 3: 51

Who is Jesus Christ in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part I
Who is Jesus Christ in Islam? How does Islam consider Jesus Christ?
Christians believe in Jesus as the son of God. They believe he is God Himself. He is, to them, the son and the father at one and the same time. Christ is part of the trinity. Christians believe that God is a Trinity of three aspects or dimensions. These three aspects are God the father, God the son and the Holy Spirit namely Archangel Gabriel

Who is God in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part XII
The promise of God, we are told in the Qur’an, is steadfast and will never fail. Once God has made a promise He will carry it out. Verse 13: 31 informs of such an undertaking: ‘Verily! God does not break His promise.’

Who is God in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part XI
Freedom of God is absolute and infinite. ‘In the creation of the heavens and the earth are signs for those who do understand’. This represents a major verse in Islam.
God according to the Qur’an acts as He pleases. He creates what he pleases and makes what He pleases. He creates billions of galaxies and trillions of stars and planets, billions of solar systems. All at pleasure and all at a command of His will.

Who is God in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part X
In Islam God is the framework of man’s existence. He has created man. He has provided man with means of subsistence and conditions of living. God has provided man with all his needs.
Man lives under the vision of God. Man is surveyed constantly by God. God in this way is all present. He is omnipresent, omni-seeing, omni-hearing, omni-watching.
For this, humans are invited to watch out for everything they do. Whatever you do, or think or feel or sense is directly under the full knowledge of God.

Who is God in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part IX
If ideas and concepts belong to God and He provides us with it, then what use if there for us? Where is our human value and human being?
In reality we conceive of what God has conceived for us but are free to move within the framework of His thoughts.
According to Islam, and so to Judaism and Christianity, man is created by God and He breathed in him of His spirit.

Who is God in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part VIII
Having seen that God’s concept in our human feeble minds is only a mere conjectural approximate superficial one we can now turn to see how our knowledge is that of God’s ordinance.
If you are not a haughty bastard and are humble enough to see you are nothing but a lost atom in this vast universe, insignificant and worth nothing, then perhaps you would understand that you are created by God.

Who is God in Islam? (Qur’anic View) Part VII
God is then outside our comprehension! All children ask, and some are wise adults, if God created the universe then who created God? Where did God come from? Did God have a father and mother? How come He is eternal, not born nor does come to an end?
For such immature imbeciles, their minds cannot go beyond their noses. It is the example of the table of the carpenter that cannot know its maker and so do we. We are tables made by a master maker and incapable to know who He is!
